1. Refund Eligibility
We offer free live previews for all template customizers so hosts can thoroughly build and test their digital cards before purchasing. As such, once custom domains or live templates are purchased and active, we generally do not offer full refunds.
2. Technical Exceptions
If a transaction succeeds but custom domains mapping fails to activate due to hosting configuration errors on our side, please reach out to our WhatsApp support crew. We will resolve the technical mismatch or issue a complete refund within 7 working days.
